OVERVIEW:
DARK: Daphne isn't dark as in Lord Voldemort dark, but she's quiet unless she knows you well. She has a look about her, making you feel uneasy, but it's also very alluring, and she knows it. When working at The Temptation, she barely ever looks up at you, and when she does, she'll flirt, or look straight back down again. It's not a pretty look, but as said, it's alluring.
CAUTIOUS: Ever since the death of her father, Daphne has been cautious of her surroundings. Scared that someone will jump out and kill her (her Boggart), she has a habit of darting her eyes left and right, looking for a wand and a green light. She finds it difficult to go out at night, but still does, finding it reassuring but scary. It confuses her. Daph doesn't like the thought of anything happening to her, so very cautious and very aware of her surroundings.
BUBBLY: When Daph is not fretting about her life, or giving you dark looks, she's a really bubbly, bouncy girl, full of life and fun. She jokes, and she flirts, and can't stop babbling. This is most people's favorite side of Daphne, even though she only shows it half of the time.

OVERVIEW: Rebecca and Jensen Greengrass were not the most unlikely couple. Pureblood's, prejudiced, it really was no surprise. Daphne was born soon after their marriage, and was Daphne a happy girl? No, not at all. She saw her parents very little, and then, just a year later, she was born. Astoria. Daphne didn't like Astoria, and Astoria didn't like Daphne. It was as simple as that. Neither of them seemed to care that their parents wanted them to get on well. Pinching, punching and kicking begun at an early age, and tears were usual for the Greengrass girls. It could be spiteful words, or physical kicks, or even a harmful spell, it was usual for one to be laughing, and one to be crying their eyes out.
When Daphne was seven, it was time for Jensen and Rebecca to go their separate ways. Daphne didn't actually care, or even understand, but she honestly had no idea, and the girl being her clueless self. She debated about asking her younger sister, considering she may know. After all, she was favored. The youngest was always favored, it wasn't fair. She decided to ask Astoria, but thought better when the girl broke her arm for plain attention.Why do that? Attention. Well, at least that was what Daphne thought, and she hated Astoria. Crafty little witch. Daphne wanted to leave, she hated it. It mellowed Jensen and Rebecca's arguing for a while though, which was a rest to Daphne's ears. She still disliked her sister, the stupid little brat. She hated her, she hated her, she hated her.
It was almost like heaven receiving her Hogwarts letter. Finally, leaving her cocky parents and stupid sister. She was leaving, for real! Daphne left on September 1st, a happy look in her eyes. She sat with a few girls of whom were just starting Hogwarts, Pansy, Tracey and Millicent. They were alright, Daphne thought, and sticked by them. She was sorted into Slytherin as soon as the hat touched her head, as she knew she would be.
Then, Astoria came to Hogwarts. Daphne ignored her, it was for the best. She still gave spiteful glances to Astoria, but didn't look to see her sister's reaction. Things stayed simple for Daphne at Hogwarts. At least what was simple for her. Well, it was the same Astoria had done, sex and all, but did she care? No, she didn't care at all. She wasn't copying Astoria, it was usual. Of course, the clueless girl passed only two of her O.W.L's, Potions and Defence Against the Dark Arts. Which she shouldn't have really passed, Snape just liked her. She was a Slytherin after all. She was part of the Inquisitorial Squad, and DADA was simple, so no surprise there either.
Then came her seventh year, and the death of many. The Battle of Hogwarts. Daph didn't have to leave, and she didn't. She followed the likes of Pansy Parkinson, Draco Malfoy, Crabbe and Goyle, siding over to the Dark Lord, like her father and a certain mask of his. She couldn't bring herself to kill anyone, the stupid girl, but she did manage to use a bit of Crucio here and there. Of course, the Dark Lord was killed, thanks to the nerdy, stupid, Gryffindor, Half-blood Harry Potter.
It was when she returned home she heard her father was dead. She wasn't sad, she wasn't happy. She was confused. Her mother didn't believe it, Astoria did. It was just. . . a shock, surprise. She just sat in her room, or at the table, chewing her fingers and hair, trying to figure things out. Then she realized she had to leave. Astoria had completed her Seventh year, and was just about to leave, so why couldn't Daphne?Well, it was difficult. She was really, really, really dumb, and the fact she passed no N.E.W.T's didn't help her find a well-paying job. She decided to go and work at The Temptation. Alright paying, it got her money for somewhere to live. So she left, just like Astoria.
