OVERVIEW:
BRAVE: Ron wasn't sorted into Gryffindor for nothing. He is extremely brave, taking part in any battles, sacrificing himself for his friends, (who later on saved him) and a whole lot more. He is only brave physically, as he has great difficulty admitting things like feelings, love interests, and even ending relationships. When he does admit something, it always seems to go wrong. He is always by Harry and Hermione's side, helping in dangerous things and battles.
LOW SELF-CONFIDENCE: Ron has a very low self-confidence, which he shows a lot of the time. He has trouble playing Quidditch in front of people, and even making it on to the team in the first place, narrowly winning against Cormac McLaggen, after Hermione confunded him, making him go in the wrong direction. He can't express feelings, thinking that he's all wrong, and finds being confident very hard.
FUNNY AND SARCASTIC: Ron is a funny guy, always making jokes, even when he doesn't mean to. He hurts people's feelings by saying them sometimes, and doesn't actually realize what he's done. He is also very sarcastic , and this leads to mishaps as well.

OVERVIEW: The Weasley family was already large, with five boys running around the small house, so it was no surprise when Ron Weasley was born to Molly and Arthur Weasley. He had a lot to live up to, his brothers already showing great qualities, and Ron always found it hard.
Just a year after Ron was born came Ginny, the first girl born to the Weasley's in decades. Ron didn't like this, as he wasn't cooed over as much as before. He wasn't the youngest, and he had to start helping out while his mother looked after baby Ginny. Ron couldn't do much, him being only one year old, but what he could do, he had to do. With help from his older brothers, he could dust corners and tidy his bedroom. He didn't like it, but he had to do it.
Ron started showing magical ability at age four, but with a family of witches and wizards, it wasn't a huge surprise. He was given a rat named Scabbers from his older brother, Percy, and even though Ron often called him a lazy, boring rat, he did like Scabbers a lot. Bill had just gone to Hogwarts, and Charlie was about to get his letter. This meant money was being spent on the two oldest Weasley's, and Ron didn't like it.
When he was eleven, he finally got his long awaited Hogwarts letter, though he had supplies such as his wand, cauldron and robes from older brothers. He met his future best friends, Harry Potter and Hermione Granger on the Hogwarts Express, and Ron knew that his years at Hogwarts would be interesting.
In his first year, he, Harry and Hermione fought off a troll, and managed to show great courage, sacrificing himself in a real-life Wizard Chess match, letting his friends go on by, where they eventually obtained the Philosophers/Sorcerers stone, and managed to grab 50 points for Gryffindor, helping them win the Cup. In his second year, he helped Harry find out about the Chamber of Secrets, remembering polishing a trophy that was awarded to T.M Riddle. He also found out that Malfoy was not petrifying the Muggleborns, and helped Harry save his sister, Ginny.
In his third year, he managed to find Sirius Black, but was knocked out before he could do anything else. He was almost killed by werewolf Remus Lupin, and couldn't go with Harry and Hermione to save Sirius Black and Buckbeak the Hippogriff. In his fourth year, there was the Triwizard Tournament, where Ron was in awe of Fleur Delacour, his brothers future wife. He helped Harry in many challenges.
In his fifth year, he, Harry and Hermione formed D.A, or otherwise Dumbledore's Army, after they decided that Dolores Umbridge was not teaching Defence Against the Dark Arts properly, and they needed more help. He fought the Death-eaters in the Ministry as well, though he got injured. In his Sixth year, he began to have feelings for Lavender, and began going out with her. He then began to have feelings for Hermione, too, and dumped Lavender. He became part of the Quidditch Team, and was Keeper. He fought in the battle after Dumbledore was killed.
Instead of returning to Hogwarts for his seventh year, he went looking for Horcruxes. He had a new Boggart, being left out, and Hermione getting together with Harry. He left around Christmas, but then came back to continue the find for Horcruxes. He was captured by Death-eaters, but he managed to escape, thanks to Dobby, who was stabbed by Bellatrix Lestrange. He fought in the Battle of Hogwarts, and won.
