- debating: Talia is a self proclaimed political beast. At a young age she was always up to date on what was going on politically in the wizarding world. She always has an opinion when it comes to politics and always has to turn a conversation into a debate. She doesn't matter if what is being debated is political as long as it is a debate.
- brave: Having been sorted into Gryffindor Talia is exceedingly brave. She is not reckless like many Gryffindors but intelligent about her bravery. She is not afraid in the least bit to speak her mind when she disagrees and does not form her opinions solely based on the popular view. She is wholeheartedly willing to risk her like for the person opposed to the whole.
- flirting: In her book men are toys which were put on the Earth for her to play with. She is not one to have long term relationships but lust filled flings. She is extremely unfaithful when it does come to a serious relationship and will probably cheat. Tal is an extreme tease and tends to lead men on.

- cold: Talia has a very icy mean streak to her. She never blows up and she never really shows any signs of true emotion. She tends to hurt people and then not feel a bit of remorse, at least she says, afterwords. She does not have the ability to love, or so she says, and believes that all love is unrequited. This causes her to stay away from long term relationships and dive into self destructive one night stands

She is not afraid to voice her opinions and does not hold back once she is let loose. this is a barrier for her at times especially when trying to relate to people. She does not, however, force her opinions down one's throat like many others.
- untamed tongue: Tals speaks her mind and does not hold back when she is given the opportunity to speak it. She is often blunt and extremely brutal when she does speak. She is honest and truthful and if she doesn't like something she will say it loud and clear. She makes sly and sneaky comments that often leave people hurt.
OVERVIEW:
Intelligent: Talia is not smart like most people, she sees things in ways many others couldn't even contemplate. Her mind functions in strange and often unusual ways that leaves people more confused than clarified in the end. While at Hogwarts she got good grades primarily because she wrote what her professors wanted her to write. Many of the things she testified to at Hogwarts were not her actual beliefs. Her intelligence is painfully realistic and brutally honest. She does not live in the clouds, dreaming of a better future. She lives in reality and reality is never going to see true peace and unity.
Flirtatious: Talia is extremely man hungry, she does not get her fill with one serious relationships but with many flings. Her love life is slightly destructive as most would say, but she believes it is the only way she can conduct it. Many say she just hasn't found the right person, part of her believes it but the more dominant part of her says that true love is literally impossible. She likes to lead men on and then crush them in the end. Her outlook on love is slightly morbid and extremely depressing, it is not a topic she generally likes to discuss.
Emotionless: Take one look at her and you would think she's absolutely emotionless. She is very cold looking but sad at the same time. Her facial expressions are a puzzle that she herself can't even solve. She does not fully understand who she is and it frustrates her to no end leaving her very somber and slightly sad looking. She doesn't smile, usually, and she most certainly doesn't give out random hugs to people. She doesn't give out sympathy like greeting cards either.

OVERVIEW: Charlotte and Marcus Armstrong were not betrothed nor were they promised to each other, in fact Charlotte was promised to another pureblood to preserve the family line. Charlotte was very much an advocate for her own choice and defied her parents, begging them to let her marry someone whom she could choose. Eventually she found comfort in the arms of a muggle born named Marcus who was the same age as her. Marcus and Charlotte ended up falling hard for each other, they eventually started seeing each other until one day Charlotte found herself pregnant. Charlotte was kicked out of the house and banished, her family would rather see her die than to accept a mudblood child. Marcus's parents allowed the young woman to live with them until she and Marcus could afford their own house which they eventually could a good two years after the birth of their baby girl Talia.
Talia was easily the light of her parents' world, they had literally nothing. Without the support of Charlotte's parents and considering how dirt poor Marcus's was it was a wonder the couple wasn't living on the streets. The only thing that kept them going was their little girl. The Armstrong family eventually started doing better in life when Marcus got a job at the Ministry. Soon after that Charlotte got a job at St. Mungos and the family was soon living the life of an average wizarding family. Talia was an extremely wild child and toddler. Her parents couldn't' keep up with her and actually had to discipline her in order to get her to behave. Her parents couldn't handle the crazed girl at times and by the end of the day they were frazzled.
Upon the arrival of her letter of acceptance her parents were overjoyed. Their daughter was finally going to be getting out of the house. They had grown weary of constantly having to watch over her to make sure she didn't do something insane, it was now in the hands of the school. During her first year at Hogwarts she became good friends with Lily Evans. They were attached at the hip and often shared secrets together. They appeared to understand each other extremely well mainly because Lily was a muggle born and Talia was a mudblood. They were insanely loyal to each other. In her second year her mother was killed by a Death Eater. Talia was extremely upset over it and turned to Lily for emotional support. Talia began taking up responsibilities that many kids her age didn't even have to think about.
When she graduated she got extraordinary scores on her N.E.W.T.S which surprised her teachers because she often delivered satisfactory results at best in class. She had been bogged down from taking care of her father. She herself did not have much time to grieve the death of her late mother. After graduation she attended the wedding of Lily and James potter, she was one of the bridesmaids. Not long after her father died of a massive heart attack. She moved to Australia to try and deal with the pain away from London. She kept in contact with Lily for a very long time and even went to see Harry when he was first born. Soon after that the letters stopped and much to her surprise she was invited to their funeral. Having so many people die in front of her upset her very much. It came to the point where she decided to stop showcasing her emotions.
She moved back to London with that revelation and got a position in the Ministry under the Department of Law. During the Second Wizarding War she continued her work at the Ministry, not wanted to loose everything she had worked for she agreed to the perquisites of Lord Voldemort. At that point in her life she didn't care about opinion or thought only aspiration. After the Second Wizarding World, seeing her best friends son having changed the world a small portion of her personality was restored. She had an epiphany, she no longer only cared about aspiration but voice above anything else. She eventually was promoted to the Wizengambot this past year.
