LOVES:[/b] Most of the time, Blaise is a fairly quiet guy. He isn’t when there aren’t a lot of people around him, but when in crowds, he prefers not to make too much of a noise. There is a significant difference between being introverted and being shy, though, and Blaise is the former. He can talk if he wants to and is pretty good at it, but the vast majority of the time, he prefers the role of the quiet observer. With an eye for details, even though he’s not quite an expert at reading people, he notices a lot about others that many would miss because they don’t pay as much attention. Therefore, he can be quite a good listener as well, and although he is prone to making snide remarks, he won’t dismiss the few people close to him.

ARROGANT && Blaise is not one to take on everyone else’s problems. He doesn’t – at all. In fact, he prefers to be by himself, reading or just thinking. Although he enjoys watching people, he isn’t usually interested in getting to know them as individuals. He simply likes knowing things about people in general; how they act around each other, how they react to various situations and so on. He won’t approach a stranger just because he notices something peculiar about them, and even when he does actually get to know people, he often gets bored easily unless there’s something special about them. Obviously, he doesn’t go around flirting with everyone he sees like some idiot, and neither does he care much for ridiculously flirtatious girls. He doesn’t like constant hyperactivity or overt outgoingness either, and is more intrigued by people who don’t act like everyone they see is their new best friend.
LOYAL && To those he has actually stayed friends with, though, Blaise is extremely loyal. He would never turn his back on a friend in need and would prioritize them over virtually anything else he should really be spending his time on. This also applies to romantic relationships, naturally. He doesn’t fall in love easily and wouldn’t dream of just hooking up with someone, so when he gets romantically involved, he’d give the girl in question everything and anything. In a strange way, one could also say Blaise is loyal to his enemies, because he doesn’t waste his time hating someone he has no respect for. Therefore, if he honestly considers someone arrival, he’ll do whatever he has to to beat them, but he won’t go around trying to turn everyone else against them because he believes that animosity, like love and friendship, shouldn’t be influenced by other people.
CYNICAL && Blaise very rarely loses his temper and is usually a patient person, but he’s still far from a ray of sunshine. While his outlook on life isn’t quite morbid, he is quite pessimistic and tends to expect the worst. He isn’t the type to be crushed by some display of human cruelty because honestly, he doesn’t expect people to be good. This is likely much of the reason why he doesn’t get close to people easily, and while he himself would never backstab someone he doesn’t have that kind of confidence in others. [/SIZE][/ul]
