She’s a tactful person, always thinking before she speaks. If she’s in a good mood that is. Demelza can be impatient, when she has to wait for someone over too long a period. She’s more of a spontaneous type, up for an adventure, like exploring a country she has never been to all alone if the thought occurs to her.
She is tolerant and open minded, not believing in the pureblood mania that has influenced so many people in the Wizarding World in the past. Though stubborn in her views, Demelza can be supportive of the ways of other people, namely her friends, when she is convinced. Demelza doesn’t seem to have a protective streak in her, but she cares for her family and friends. In love, Demelza doesn’t commit easily. On and off dating suits her fine enough and the bloke can date whoever he wants if they’re off. She is a romantic inside though and really just longs for the day someone sweeps her off her feet enough to make her want to be with him all the time.

OVERVIEW: Devon Robins first met Patricia Matthews when she got admitted into Saint Mungo’s against her will. She’d taken a few curses and was rather unwilling to let go of her target. The young Auror was not a very cooperative patient, despite Devon’s best efforts. He was very well known for his bedside manner. Devon finally managed to render her speechless when he told her she was rather lovely looking if only she would shut the hell up. Patricia Matthews finally stopped struggling and let him do his work. A few years of dating later, the two finally got married. Another two more years and their first child and only daughter Demelza Odette Robbins was born. Every two years or so, Patricia got pregnant with three more sons, completing the Robins family.
Demelza was a good enough child. She had her fair share of tantrums and fusses. She didn’t care much about her brothers. She did play with them but they weren’t fighting all the time. They weren’t particularly close either. Both her parents were working and Demelza would say that she wasn’t very close to her parents either. It was her aunt, Dorianna, that she developed a relationship with. Her aunt stayed near by and helped keep an eye on the Robins children whenever both parents weren’t around. It was to her aunt that Demelza brought all her troubles and joys to. She didn’t hate her mother, they just never developed a bond.
Going to Hogwarts, Demelza was sorted into Gryffindor. She started noticing boys in her second year, got to know several older boys who introduced her to the party scene when she was fourteen. Her first kiss was when she was sixteen and a year later, she got her heart broken. Hogwarts was mostly a fun time for Demelza, no doubt, despite all that was happening. She had a group of best friends and enjoyed the gossip that went around. Demelza enjoyed Quidditch, and was particularly skilled at avoiding bludgers.
During the battle of Hogwarts, Demelza got her brothers safely out of Hogwarts before returning to the battle, despite being underage. She and several other students fought off a couple of Death Eaters. She gained a battle scar across her right upper arm that magic couldn’t get rid of. After the battle, Dem returned to Hogwarts to finish her last year of studies at Hogwarts. It helped bring her closure somehow, knowing that The Dark Lord was finally gone.
After graduation, Demelza applied for the Holyhead Harpies, knowing that that was what she wanted to do for now. She’s now a reserve chaser for them.

RP SAMPLE:Leroy had been spending quite some time in classrooms nowadays. Some of it wasn’t by choice. He had to go for lessons. He had to be in classrooms with his other classmates, some who looked extremely stressed out by the fact that they were in their final year and needed to pass every subject with flying colours. Now, Leroy wasn’t stressed. Not yet. His mother did the stressing out for him. It was always a pleasure to hear the story of her sending a flock of flamingoes or some other birds across the Great Hall for one of her practical exams. His father made a few comments here and there in the beginning of the year, and now that it was nearly November, had begun to monitor his progress. It wasn’t unlike the time he took his OWLS. It was annoying at times, he wasn’t going to deny that.
Right now, the male was in an empty classroom, waiting for his younger brother to arrive. Leroy had been to Saint Mungo’s over the weekend and hadn’t gotten a chance since then to really explain to Lance just how Evan was. So he’d sent a note telling Lance to meet him if he was available. His brother and Evan were friends, since they were in the same year and house. But beyond telling Lance that Evan was fine physically and didn’t want to get married, Leroy was at a loss as to what to tell his brother. Actually, he wasn’t quite sure he wanted to tell Lance that Evan didn’t want to get married. He plopped himself down on a chair, looking up at the ceiling. Some golden substance was dripping down a few feet away from him and Leroy could only wonder what it was. He wasn’t about to find out though.
He’d been in enough unused classrooms to know not to touch any of the substances found. He had once been in a classroom that smelled of muffins. Magic. So many wonderful things about it that couldn’t be explained. Leroy flipped open a Transfiguration book on animagus, looking through the complicated steps to becoming one. It would do him no good if he became a mouse or rabbit. How was he going to accompany Evan if he was a tiny little creature?
