hog's head inn has been a fixture of hogsmeade for hundreds of years. The bar in the hog's head is small and extraordinarily dirty and strewn with sawdust.

a tiny, dark platform where the hogwarts express ends its journey north.

honeydukes is one of the famous attractions in hogsmeade. it is a sweet shop famous for its chocolate and many wonderfully wild sweets.

a small, cramped tea shop with decor on the tacky side of frilly.

a writing supplies store in hogsmeade. it sells various quills, parchment and stationery needed for students at hogwarts.

it is an abandoned building thought to be the most haunted building in britain. the shrieking shack is a favourite stop on any hogsmeade visit.

gladrags wizardwear sells clothing. it is full of quirky merchandise, and appears to specialise in strange and unusual socks.

the three broomsticks is an inn and pub in the all wizarding village of hogsmeade. it is often warm, crowded, and a bit smoky, but clean and welcoming. a mirror behind the bar reflects the cosy atmosphere, and drinks such as butterbeer and firewhiskey are served in glasses and in pewter tankards.

a shop that sells and repairs magical equipment, dervish & banges is located near the end of the high street.

the apothecary is a fascinating shop crammed with all sorts of interesting things. there are barrels of slimy stuff lined up on the floor and jars of all sorts of powders, herbs, and the like along the walls. bundles of feathers, fangs, and claws hang from the ceiling. the whole place smells very bad, a mixture of bad eggs and rotten cabbage.

a cafe that has brightly colored umbrellas over their tables outside. they serve all manner of food and are known for their double chocolate chip muffins.

a dimly lit shop which, according to the sign, sells tawny, screech, barn, brown, and snowy owls.

an ice cream parlor with outdoor tables. come here for a cool treat!

a large wizarding bookshop filled with shelves stacked to the ceiling. there are occasional book signings held here.

though far from the only wizarding clothier around, madam malkin's seems to be the best, as it is the place where most hogwarts students purchase their robes. did you know... their robes are self-ironing and repairing?

the leaky cauldron is a pub and inn for wizards, located on the muggle street of charing cross road in london, offering food, drinks and rooms to rent. on the main floor, the inn has a bar, several private parlour rooms and a large dining room for guests to dine. on the upper floors, there are a number of rooms available.

just around the corner from diagon alley lies a dark, twisting alleyway devoted to the dark arts: knockturn alley. it's not a place to be wandering about.

the ministry of magic is the governmental authority of the for the wizarding world in britain. the basic mission of the ministry is to keep the muggles from finding out about an entire culture of magical folk.

founded by famous wizard healer mungo bonham, st mungo's is located in london. to enter the premises, one has to step through the window of what appears to be a derelict department store called purge & dowse ltd.

a predominantly muggle village, godric's hollow also has several wizarding folks living here.

located in cornwall, this village houses both muggles and wizards.

whitshire is well-known for being the location of the prehistoric sites of stonehenge and avebury.

various houses where the wizarding folk live in. come here to request for a home.

hannah lives permanently above the leaky cauldron where she works. it's a small room, with little more than a bed, a dressing table and a cupboard.

demelza has a three room apartment in the middle of london, which she was able to buy with the help of her mother. the apartment is sparsely decorated, as the owner is only ever home to sleep.

the warringtons live in a manion in wiltshire. it is big enough to house ten or more people but only three live in the mansion right now.

a simple flat that has nothing to it that rest on the verge of knockturn alley. a few trinkets decorating the room, mostly in the kitchen region. a bed rest over in the corner of the window that overlooks part of diagon alley. the inside looks worse than the outside. a good layer of dirt covers every surface, not counting the bed. the simplest of simple tables and chairs rest in the middle of the flat and off to the side a bathroom that is like a 5 star bathroom compared to the rest.

A fairly large house with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, living and dining room. One of the bedrooms is in the process of being turned into a nursery. There is a decently-sized garden surrounding the house.

a decently sized one-bedroom apartment in diagon alley across the street from magical menagerie.

a seemingly normal, muggle apartment flat located at the streets of london, midori's room is stack full of books, magazine and comics straight from japan as well as a tv, some game consoles and cds stacked somewhere. another room that is part of her flat leads to her bedroom that are filled with everything and anything from the wizarding world.

Neville was left the manor by his wealthy grandmother when she passed. The home was meant to hold the entire family, and was purchased before Frank and Alice's accident. It's on the grand scale, five bedrooms, three baths, a grand front and back yard consisting of Augusta's rose gardens.

A four room, home-like apartment, with one bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen, and a dining and living area, all quaintly decorated for a cozy feeling.

If Justin's mother was to see his flat, she would have a heart attack. The place is usually kept at the level of pigsty and you will no doubt see a mountain high pile of dishes in his kitchen sink. His bedroom and bathroom rest off to the side, and if it weren't such a mess the place would actually be considered spacey.

Tucked away in northwestern London, a twenty minute walk from Kings Cross Station, lies number twelve, Grimmauld Place. Both Unplottable and hidden behind a Fidelius Charm, the house is invisible to all but a few. Its name does no longer fit as a description of the place, as Harry took the time and effort to completely redecorate this time and make it his own.
